You will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Six days a week, one day off. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
