Maintenance painter — Haskell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Haskell County, Kansas. You will work at a property maintenance company. You will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time with occasional weekends.
