Concrete shuttering carpenter — Steuben County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Steuben County, New York. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. You will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
