EHS coordinator • Batagarawa, Katsina State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Batagarawa, Katsina State. The job is on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 2+ years on the tools preferred.
