Finishing plasterer wanted in Elko County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Elko County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
