Powder coating line operator wanted in Kaufman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kaufman County, Texas. The job is on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
