Day to day you will report mechanical faults and dents to the depot office; keep the cabin and seats clean and tidy between runs; refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; keep a daily trip log and record mileage and fuel used; make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors.
