Cook — Kings County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Kings County, New York. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
