Vacancy available: blocklayer (Kaduna State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Sanga, Kaduna State. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
