Meat trimmer — McDowell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in McDowell County, West Virginia. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
