Kitchenhand — Rooks County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Rooks County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
