Bread baker wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Franklin County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
