Powder coating sprayer — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Madison County, Virginia. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
