Your main tasks: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time, day shift.
