Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Alcorn County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
