Pastry baker wanted in Hooker County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hooker County, Nebraska. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred.
