Escalator technician — Yola North

Immediate opening: we are hiring an escalator technician in Yola North, Adamawa State. The job is in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota On the job you will handle: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
