Trainee butcher — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Madison County, North Carolina. You will work at a halal meat counter. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
