Machine assembly operator • Rowan County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Rowan County, North Carolina. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. The role involves clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
