Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing The role involves erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement.
