Backhoe loader operator • Summers County, West Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Summers County, West Virginia. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. Day-to-day duties: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Check for underground cables and services before digging Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
