Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Carter County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Six days a week, one day off. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
