Container truck driver — Thayer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a container truck driver in Thayer County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
