Framing carpenter — Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Floyd County, Kentucky. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Your main tasks: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
