Backhoe operator — Upson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Upson County, Georgia. You will work at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites The role involves: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
