Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Decatur County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
