Surface coating operator • Kemper County, Mississippi

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Kemper County, Mississippi. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
