Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
