Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely Day-to-day duties: • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets • Sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches • Report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults • Mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs • Empty waste bins and replace the bin liners 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
