Vertical transportation technician — Steele County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Steele County, Minnesota. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
