Kitchen porter wanted in Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Johnson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
