Construction labourer — Pennington County

Join our team: we are hiring a construction labourer in Pennington County, South Dakota. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
