Maintenance painter — Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Henry County, Missouri. You will be based on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
