Heavy equipment operator — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Marion County, West Virginia. The job is on a housing development site. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat On a typical shift you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
