Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
