On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
