Vacancy available: meat trimmer (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Mobile County, Alabama. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
