Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Kogi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ofu, Kogi State. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer ₦280,000 per month plus benefits.
