We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Uhunmwonde, Edo. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; record output and downtime on the production sheet; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 3+ years on the tools preferred.
