Join our team: powder coating operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Bracknell Forest, England. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 2+ years on the tools preferred.
