Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Fillmore County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Overtime paid at a premium rate.
