Vacancy available: commis chef (Adamawa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Song, Adamawa State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
