Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Lamoille County, Vermont. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
