Fine-dining server — Pottawattamie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy restaurant. The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
