You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic You will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
