Powder coating line operator — Grand County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Grand County, Colorado. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
