Dish pit attendant — Obokun

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Obokun, Osun State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
