Bread and bun maker — Webster County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Webster County, Mississippi. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
