Baker — Cherokee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
