Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Richmond County, Virginia. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $7,500 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
